Change Management Training Programs & Workshops

Each program has a recommended curriculum that is customized to each client’s needs.

Program One: Sponsors Actively engaging your senior leaders in your change efforts helps to minimize your risk. It develops leadership capability for the long term and makes for some pretty amazing team building.

Program Two: Practitioners For team members that will be your hands-on resources for managing your change and transformation. This program can be supplemented with individual or small-group coaching. We have a robust toolkit that is supported by micro-learning videos.

Communications Strategy and Execution

Whether your program impacts a small group of stakeholders or your whole organization, communication is going to be necessary to move everyone along together. We work with you to evaluate the best approach and then help you execute. In most cases, our approach has also helped our clients to see how they could enhance their communications overall.
